2022 DOUBLE DOT SQUASH JUNIOR TOURNAMENT SERIES

A full year professional competition schedule for boys and girls from any club 1500 points and below. Collect series points from tournaments towards your series total and become the series champion!

2022 Competition Structure

MAIN TOURNAMENTS

Sunday events. Three competitive PAR 15 Best of Five matches throughout the day from approximately 9am-1pm.

1.0x Series Points Multiplier

BOOSTER TOURNAMENTS

Sunday morning events. Three competitive PAR15 Best of Three matches on Sunday morning. Each morning runs from 9am to approximately 12pm.

0.5x Series Points Multiplier

REST WEEKS

Rest weeks in between events for coaching, training, open tournaments, and recovery to reduce fatigue and burn out so you can always compete at your best.

Draws including mostly J4 players may use bouncier blue dot balls, and two attempts at serving for a more enjoyable match experience.

All tournaments begin at 9am. Please arrive on time before 9am for our group warm up.

Entries close three days before each tournament.

Eyewear compulsory. (Available for purchase at the tournament).

No prizes awarded at individual tournaments.

Series Points System

Top ranking players at the end of the series will receive prizes, and players will be awarded for various accomplishments they have achieved throughout the term Series.

REPORTING MISCONDUCT

If you observe any violation of our Competition Policies or Code of Conducts please report this is writing to compete@doubledotsquash.com. If it is an immediate issue please also report it to the tournament manager at the event. When a report if submitted the involved parties will be contacts and appropriate action taken towards solving the issue.

THE RULES OF SQUASH

All of our competition matches, ruling, and decisions follow the World Squash Rules as set by the World Squash Federation (WSF).

COMPETITION FORMAT

Here's some more information on what to expect at a competition and your responsibilities before, during, and after your match.

NO LETS, LETS, AND STROKES

Deciding whether a call should be a no let, let, or stroke can be difficult. It depends on interference, player's positions, ball position, and more. Here is a guide which can help you understand the basics of no lets, lets, and strokes.
