We test each Double Dot Squash Player's physical athletic skills a couple times each term. General physical athletic testing and statistics allows us analyse player's improvement and progress to ensure they remain on track to achieving their goals. Players can also challenge other players to beat their score and try make it onto the top five ranking lists!

 

Every junior player that joins a Double Dot Squash programme will have a MyDDS account and will be able to track their physical athletic and squash improvement, access resources, training plans, schedules, and loads more!
