2019 January Athlete of the Month - Lucy Aspinall

Throughout January Lucy has shown excellent work ethic and commitment in her off season training to prepare for the 2019 season. She has been attending coaching and training nearly every day of the holidays and has been working on developing her drop shot technique, as well as her court movement. She has put in place goals for the year ahead and a plan to work towards them. She now has a match day routine to ensure she is mentally strong during her competitive match play.
