Sion Wiggin plans for the year ahead

Double Dot Squash Ambassador Sion Wiggin has had an amazing start to the 2018 season so far! He has competed in numerous tournaments with great results and has moved up to A1, the highest grading in New Zealand. He won the plate in the Henderson Squash Club Open and Auckland Open Closed PSA.

Sion is also working hard on his training and recovery in between tournaments to ensure his continued improvement. He trains several times a week including solo sessions, fitness sessions, and matchplay sessions. He has set a plan and goals for this year to ensure that he knows where he is heading, and so that he can plan his training around the key tournaments and events he is attending this year.
